[社会] 全力维护治安 北京圣诞启动黄色预警(双语)

　　岁末年尾，随着圣诞节、元旦的临近，商场购物促销、庆祝娱乐活动逐渐增多，商场市场、公共娱乐、餐饮饭店等场所人流量随之大幅增加，北京市公安局特通过官方微博@平安北京宣布启动圣诞节期间黄色等级预警。

　　The Beijing police have issued a yellow alert via its official weibo account to ensure public safety over the Christmas season.

　　按照突发事件可能造成的危害程度、紧急程度和发展态势，预警信息级别分为一级、二级、三级和四级，分别用红色、橙色、黄色和绿色标示，一级为最高级。黄色预警表示在全市大中型商场超市部署60％的警力，加强对可疑人员、物品及车辆的排查，确保重点地区如王府井、南锣鼓巷、三里屯等人员密集场所秩序良好，要求对公共区域内垃圾桶每30分钟进行一次排查。

　　A yellow alert is the second mildest under the four-coded alert system, which goes from green, yellow, orange to red in order of severity. It means 60 percent of the security personnel in large and medium-sized shopping malls and supermarkets should carry out security checks on suspected personnel, materials and vehicles, according to a government security prevention regulation.

　　Extra police will be patrolling Beijing's downtown areas including Wangfujin, Nanluoguxiang and Sanlitun.

　　All trash bins in public areas should be checked every 30 minutes.
