　　网络这么发达，还有人看电视么，当然有！尽管近年来网络视频异军突起，Netflix、Hulu等流媒体服务备受欢迎，但是爱看电视的人还是比较多哦。

　　Despite the popularity of Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services in the United States, Americans spend more time than any other people watching traditional TV.

　　根据英国通信管理局最新发布的2015国际通信市场报告显示，在过去的一年里，美国人平均每天看电视4小时42分钟，比英国人均日收视时间多出1个小时，比德国人均日收视时间多两个多小时，中国观众每天看电视时间最少，只有两个半小时左右。

　　According toOfcom’s latest International Communications Market Report, Americans spent 4 hours and 42 minutes per day watching TV in 2014, roughly one hour more than people from the UK and Germany and two hours more than Chinese TV viewers who spent an average of 2 hours and 37 minutes watching the tube.

　　电视并没有衰落，仍是主流强势媒体，电视的“霸主地位”不容替代。

　　The numbers, as shown in the chart below, illustrate that as of today, TV has a lot of life in it yet. It continues to play a significant role in peoples’ everyday lives and probably will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
