　　Street food?! Love it love it love it! It's everywhere and I do mean literally everywhere. You don't have to walk down to the corner or to the market to have a taste of these delicious treats. My favorites:

　　烤冷面 Kaolengmian ：

　　由一种面条在铁板上翻制而成。品尝一口，你就一定会对它垂涎欲滴！它可以做成辣，甜，酸，多加盐多加酸等等你想要的任何口味。而所有的这些只要5块钱！

　　Made from some kind of noodle rolled out into a thin slab, this treat is sure to leave your mouth watering after the first taste. They can make it spicy, sweet, sweet and sour, extra salty, extra sour whatever the flavor you desire lightly. All for just 5 kuai!

　　串 串 Chuanr barbecue meat/vegetables on stick:

These go perfectly with the coal barbecued meats like beef, lamb, chicken wings, chicken thighs, chicken hearts and gizzards. During the summer, you can see droves of patrons sitting and enjoying these delicious treats. It's a scene you, or rather I, cannot resist.

　　驴肉火烧 Donkey burger/sandwich:

　　没错，我说的就是驴，那种大大下垂耳朵的那种驴。这实际上是河北省的特色美食。今天就尝尝看吧。

　　Yes, I said donkey, you know, big floppy ears, that donkey. It's actually a specialty of Hebei province, you know. Try one today.

　　臭豆腐 Stinky tofu:

　　据说臭豆腐是闻起来臭吃起来香。即使你不知道它是什么样子，如果闻到独特又难闻的气味，那不是下水道，而是美味的臭豆腐！

　　It is said that the stinkier it is, the tastier. Even if you don't know what it looks like, don't fret, just follow the distinct yet unexplainable smell, it's not a sewer, it's a treat!

　　Feeling like a healthy snack but don't like eating plain fruit, try fruit caramel candy. So much variety depending on the fruits in season, you can have tangerine, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple.

　　麻辣烫是在中国所有城市都可以见到的一种街边的小吃。麻意味着"口麻"，辣指"味辣"，烫是指"汤烫"。不要被它的外表所蒙蔽。虽然麻辣烫看起来不是什么昂贵和精美的菜肴（有时也有点像做砸了），但事实上，它是一个真正的中国美味。

　　Malatang is a kind of street noodles that you could find in almost every city in China. Ma (麻) means "numb", La (辣) means "spicy", and Tang (烫) means "soup". Don't be fooled by the appearance. Although Malatang doesn't look like some expensive and delicate cuisine (sometimes also seems like a little messed-up), but it actually is a REAL delicious Chinese food.

　　凉皮 Cold rice noodle ：

　　这是我的最爱......在碗中间是米粉，黄瓜，有一点的酱油、 油炸豆腐、 花生、 香菜、 部族，一些辣椒酱和豆芽。也许还放一些醋。也许是我太容易满足啦。

　　Here's my favorite....the bowl in the middle is rice noodles, cucumber, some chili sauce perhaps with a tad of soy sauce, fried tofu, peanutes, cilantro, chil, and bean sprouts. Not sure, but maybe some vinegar too. Maybe I'm easily pleased, I don't know.
