蓬勃发展的中国主题公园

　　Shanghai Disneyland, Beijing Universal Theme Park, Zhejiang Hello Kitty Park, Dalian Discoveryland Kingdom - the list goes on. Theme parks are becoming big business in China.

　　China’s Wanda Group is reportedly planning to build its 11th "Cultural Tourism City" in Guilin, in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Carnival Group is also planning to build ten more theme parks in China’s first and second tiered cities by 2020. And the Haichang Group also says it plans to open four theme parks in the following five years.

　　据报道，中国万达集团正在计划在广西壮族自治区筹建第十一个“文化旅游城”。截止2020年，嘉年华集团也正在打算在中国一二线城市筹建十多个主题公园。海昌集团也表示，它计划在未来五年开放四个主题公园。

　　In 2015, 21 theme parks opened to the public and another 20 are under construction.

　　China now has nearly 300 theme parks nationwide. US-based consultant company Aecom predicted that China will replace America to become the largest theme park market by 2020, witnessing 221 million visits annually, twice as much as that in 2015.

　　Part if the reason for their increasing popularity, according to Su Lishan, tourism analyst at China Securities, has been the economic slowdown and the devaluation of the Chinese currency. More and more people are opting for so called ’Stay-cations’ or domestic tourism instead of traveling abroad.

　　据中国证券旅游业分析师苏丽珊，主题公园越来越受欢迎的部分原因是已经下滑的经济和中国货币贬值。越来越多的人正在选择所谓的“居家旅游”或者国内游，而不是出国旅行。

　　Meng Cai, Executive Director of Carnival Group International Holdings Limited, adds modern recreation centers for family visits are still in short supply in many cities, so the potential for the growth of large theme parks in China is still enormous.

　　嘉年华集团国际控股有限公司执行董事孟才补充道，目前，很多城市的家庭现代休闲中心仍然供应不足，所以中国大型主题公园的增长潜力仍然巨大。

　　But the prospects are not universally good. 70 percent of theme parks in China are suffering economic losses, 20 percent break even, while only 10 percent are able to make a profit.

　　但前景并不是普遍较好。中国70%的主题公园都饱受经济下滑的折磨，20%甚至破产，只有10%盈利。

　　The Hello Kitty Park in Anji county, Zhejiang province was the first Hello Kitty operation outside its birthplace, Japan.

　　位于浙江省安吉城的凯蒂猫公园是其日本诞生地外的首家同类型主题公园。

　　On the park’s first day of trial operation in January 2015, it attracted 6666 visitors. It is expected to welcome one million people annually.

　　The park has six themed regions, 16 entertainment programs, restaurants, shopping centers and two themed hotels.

　　The Shanghai Disneyland park, China’s first Disney Resort and Disney’s sixth resort destination worldwide, is scheduled to open on June 16.

　　Opened in 2016, the Dalian Discoveryland Kingdom is one of the early amusement parks in China and also the largest one in northeast China’s Liaoning province.

　　2016年开业，大连发现王国是中国早期娱乐公园之一，也是中国东北辽宁省最大的主题公园。
