　　时值暑期，大部分高校都已进入假期模式，但每天伴同学们左右的“校园卡（饭卡、一卡通）”却在假期中成为“香饽饽”，租赁“校园卡”业务作为一个商机在本市部分高校校园中悄然繁荣起来。

　　调查发现，为了学习、就餐便利的“考研党”成为了“校园卡”求租的主要群体。出租方则多为在读学生，采取单线交易的方式进行租赁。同时，虽然有的高校“校园卡”租金高达1500元每月，但在暑期“校园卡”租赁旺季仍出现了“一卡难求”的现象。

　　The summer vacation has come. Most universities have entered vacation mode. However, different kinds of student cards have become popular, and the business of renting student cards out started to boom on campus.

　　在58同城上检索“大学饭卡”、“校园卡”等相关字样，页面上一次会出现数十条租借“校园卡”的条目。按照这些条目显示，“校园卡”租借业务涉及京内多所高校，其中北京大学、清华大学的相关信息最多，此外如北京航空航天大学、北京林业大学等高校也有相关条目。除了58同城，赶集网、豆瓣上也可以搜到类似的信息。

　　When you search “canteen cards”, “campus cards” on 58.com, a leading Chinese online classifieds market, you can easily find dozens of information on renting these cards. Such information can also be found in other classifieds website like ganji.comand social networking website like douban.com.

　　记者梳理这些条目后发现，租借这些高校“校园卡”的价钱从每月几十元到上千元不等，大部分集中在200-800元/月，最高达到1500元/月。除月租外，出租人有时还会要求一定数额的押金。

　　Renting campus cards mostly costs from less than 100 yuan to over 1000 yuan per month, with the highest price reaching 1500 yuan a month. Besides the rental, a certain amount of deposit moneywas sometimes required as well.

　　如一条租借北京某知名高校“校园卡”的信息显示：每月600，饭卡押金600，3个月起租，价格不议。

　　For example, one piece of card renting information reads: canteen card: 600 yuan per month with deposit of 600 yuan. The shortest lease is 3 months. No bargain on the price accepted.

　　那么究竟这项租赁业务从何兴起呢？

　　有需求就有供给

　　需求大军中的绝对主力就是准备考研的“考研党”们。同时，记者发现，除了考研学生之外，高校“校园卡”也很受在学校周边工作的社会人员青睐。

　　People who are preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination; people who work in nearby companies.

　　使用租到的“校园卡”可以像本校学生一样自由进出图书馆学习，享受学校食堂相对低价的饭菜、公共饮用水等相关服务。

　　For those who want to prepare for the exam, renting a student campus card can give them free entry to the library, and enjoy cheap and clean meals in campus canteens.

　　而租赁过程和手续更是极为简单便利，只需交易双方自己进行沟通即可。

　　As long as you can find a card for renting, the renting process is quite simple. Usually the two sides will discuss about the price on the phone, and then they will meet to do the transaction.

　　那么出租校园卡到底有没有风险呢？

　　其实对于“租户”来讲，主要风险就是租到的卡没有保障，他们担心自己会租到假卡，或者是不符合条件的卡。

　　那么对于“业主”来说，首要风险就是在使用过程中被校方查出卡片与使用人不符，卡片被没收，严重者还要被给予处分。

　　其次就是租卡人会用校园卡借书不还，那么赔偿责任人其实是学生本人。卡片在使用过程中丢失也是一大问题，因为大部分学校的校园卡补办手续都很麻烦。

　　而其实以上这些都不是本质问题，最关键的还是租卡人由于“来路不明”，很可能会威胁到在校师生，学校公共财物的安全，一旦发生危险，后果不堪设想，出租卡的学生想必也承担不起这样的责任。

　　看来租个卡也是防不胜防，无论是租户还是业主，都得看好再下手。
