　　校车标牌又称校车使用许可，考虑到学生安全等因素，其申请获得批准非常难，而私人校车获得标牌更是难上加难。5月17日，天津市政府授予一家私营企业天爱运业公司校车标牌，这也是天津第一次授予私人企业校车标牌。

　　这家民营企业有30多辆校车被授权运营，该项目是天津市天爱运业与武清区大王古庄镇政府联手合作的民心工程。为了解决大王古庄镇区域内学生上下学不便利的情况，由镇政府全额出资，企业出力，共同为学生创建一个安全、便捷的出行环境。

　　Tianjin's municipal government on 17th May granted some 30 school bus license plates to a private company, allowing the company to provide pick up services for students who live in faraway village in Daguzhuang Township.

　　据天津市武清区大王古庄镇中心校总校长韩万山介绍，该校中学部、小学部共有十三个村子的2000多名学生就读，最远的村子距学校10多公里，45%的学生需要乘坐校车，年龄段集中在6至13周岁之间，对于校车的需求量大且迫切。在此之前，通常只有学校拥有的校车才有可能获得校车标牌。

　　Dean of Daguzhuang Middle School says half of the 2,000 students aged between 6 to 13 who are studying in here are in dire need of daily pick-up services. Before this, school bus license plates could only be issued to buses that are school-owned.

　　天津天爱运业集团总经理赵越表示，新校车具有GPS卫星实时定位、家长可视实时影像、防滞留报警装置、防超载超速报警装置等十余项智慧功能，学生家长可通过手机APP订制校车线路。

　　CEO of the company Zhao Yue says all of the school buses feature new technologies and are linked with a GPS to provide timely information to parents. Parents can download an application on their smartphone to check locations and see a live stream from bus's closed-circuit camera to make sure their kids were not left behind.
