　　近日《咬文嚼字》杂志发布了2015年十六大流行语，热词“互联网＋”“获得感”“剁手党”均榜上有名。十大热词从何而来，哪些是你常挂嘴边的呢？

　　Famous Chinese magazine Yao Wen Jiao Zi, or Verbalism in English, recently published The Most Popular Words of 2015. Words as varied as "Internet plus", "sense of gain" and"hands-chopping people" that capture the important events and trends in 2015 made it to the list.

　　1. 获得感 (Sense of Gain)

　　在今年2月召开的中央中央全面深化改革领导小组第十次会议上，习近平总书记指出，要科学统筹各项改革任务，把改革方案的含金量充分展示出来，让人民群众有更多“获得感”。

　　During Chinese president Xi Jinping's speech on China's overall reform in February, he said, "The best way to test if reform has achieved its aim is tocheck people's true feelings about the reform fruits. Making people have a sense of gain is a decisive rule to measure the gold content of any reform."

　　2.互联网+ (Internet Plus)

　　今年3月，在十二届全国人大三次会议上，李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网＋”行动计划，即“互联网＋各个传统行业”，以促进传统行业升级转型和政府职能转变，提高人民生活水平。

　　Chinese Premier Li Keqiang raised this concept when he was delivering the government work report in March. It is the integration of the Internet and traditional industries through online platforms and IT technology. It is expected to help economic restructuring, improve people's livelihoods and transform of government functions.

　　3. 颜值 (Face Score)

　　“颜”指的是面容、容貌，“值”则意指数值，颜值表示人物颜容英俊或靓丽的数值，用于评价容貌。

　　A word that describes one's facial beauty.

　　4. 宝宝 (Baby)

　　网络用语，常用此语来卖萌，如“吓死本宝宝了！”

　　The word is used as first person pronoun for anyone who tries to act cute. For instance, "It scares the baby to death!" ( = "It scares me to death!")

　　5. 创客 (Maker)

　　“创客”指勇于创新，努力将自己的创意变为现实的人。2015年3月5日，李克强总理在《政府工作报告》中指出，把“大众创业，万众创新”打造成推动中国经济前行的“双引擎”之一。“创客”于是与“大众创业，万众创新”联系在了一起，特指具有创新理念、自主创业的人。

　　This word refers to the people who start their own business with innovative ideas. Also made popular by Premier Li.

　　6. 脑洞 (Brain Hole)

　　如果有人说你“脑洞大开”，这可是一句实实在在的夸奖哦！“脑洞大开”意为想象天马行空，想象力非常丰富，

　　If you have a very big brain hole, don't be scared or offended, it actually means you are very creative.

　　7. 任性 (Capricious/Willful)

　　常见句式“有钱就是任性！”，因今年“两会”期间的“有钱也别太任性”热门语录而走红网络。

　　This is often used in the sentence "A rich man is absolutely capricious/willful." The term was made popular during a press conference at this year's annual Two Sessions period.

　　8. 剁手党 (Hands-chopping People)

　　沉迷于网购买买买的就是“剁手党”啦！

　　As e-commerce booms in China, many shopping addicts swear to chop off their hands if they buy any more goods online.

　　9. 网红 (Internet Celebrity)

　　“网红”即“网络红人”，指受网民追捧而走红的人，并逐渐形成了“网红经济”。

　　People who have a huge fan base on social media, who can turn their popularity into productivity.

　　10. 主要看气质 (Focus on the aura)

　　外在不重要，主要看气质。11月24日凌晨，知名歌手王心凌在个人微博发了一张新专辑《敢要敢不要》的绿色背景的吃汉堡造型，被网友回复“主要是气质”，一时间朋友圈内被气质图刷屏。

　　Compared to external beauty, one’s aura or temperament is more important.
