人民币对美元汇率中间价创四年来新低（双语）

　　The central parity rate of the Chinese currency renminbi, or the yuan, weakened for the sixth consecutive day to its lowest level against the U.S. dollar since July 2011, on Monday.

　　The yuan weakened by 137 basis points to 6.4495 on Monday, according to the China Foreign Exchange Trading System (CFETS).

　　本周一(12月14日)，人民币大跌137个基点至6.4495，据中国外汇交易中心（CFETS）报道。

　　The correction came after the Chinese currency had appreciated 2.93 percent against the U.S. dollar as of November, compared with the end of 2014, according to CFETS.

　　据中国外汇交易中心称，而就在上月（11月30日），中国的人民币对美元汇率指数较2014年底升值2.93%，随后便迎来调整。

　　"CFETS, run by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), launched a trade-weighted index for the RMB last Friday. The basket includes 13 currencies listed on CFETS, whose weights are based on China’s trade with the economies in question and adjusted for re-exports," according to the CICC Macro team’s report on RMB released on Monday.

　　“由中国人民银行（PBOC）管理运营的中国外汇交易中心，于上周五（12月11日）首次发布加权人民币汇率指数。这一篮子里包括在外汇交易中心挂牌的13种货币，其权重是基于中国不确定的经济问题和中国再出口贸易。”据中金公司宏观团队星期一发布的关于人民币的报告称。

　　The PBOC suggested that the market should view the RMB’s strength relative to a basket of currencies rather than just the U.S. dollar.

　　央行建议市场观察人民币汇率力度时，不仅以美元为参考，还要参考一篮子货币。

　　"The PBOC may intend to keep the RMB broadly stable relative to the basket while introducing greater flexibility against the USD," said CICC analysts, adding that the RMB’s bilateral exchange rage against the USD will continue to be the most closely watched indicator.

　　央行可能意图保持人民币相对于一篮子货币而言整体的稳定性，同时将人民币对美元引入更大的灵活性。”中金公司分析师说，并补充道，人民币对美元双边汇率仍将是最受关注的指标。

　　In China’s spot foreign exchange market, the yuan is allowed to rise or fall by 2 percent from the central parity rate each trading day.

　　在中国的现货外汇市场，每一个交易日人民币从汇率中间价上涨或下跌百分之2都是允许的范围。

　　The central parity rate of the yuan against the U.S. dollar is based on a weighted average of prices offered by market makers before the opening of the interbank market each business day.
