　　A卷出现了绝对词 must， 需要进行弱化并给出其他让人成功的合理方案。

　　成功要素:

　　3)明确的目标 clear vision

　　第一段可以采用让步段的结构，虽然愿意接受新想法和保持一个开放的心态是成功的要素之一但不是必须的。

　　B卷是建议类，可以从be open to new ideas的好处出发
